Yogis are bound by no external rules- they are bound only by their Soul!

Being judgemental about others is unfortunately a very common behaviour of modern times due to the improper balance of the Vishudhi chakra - and the scrutiny is ten-fold for a Yogi or any spiritual person :)
For a non-yogi, a yogi is supposed to be religious (though these are totally different paths for the same goal), calm, quiet and not associated with any fun! Fair enough, as they have not really experienced what a yogi has.
Yoga (which means union) is basically the Union of our inner soul to the cosmos- to THE Soul.
Yoga is not about difficult postures, but exactly the opposite.
We train our body to become FIT TO SIT via the yoga postures -> such that the body is able to achieve the goals of Yoga -> Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi!
So in simple words, if a body is fit enough to sit for a couple of hours in its meditative posture, it no longer needs yogasana practice. Since in the current times, we are still mostly stuck in getting the body fit, we end up practicing the asanas for a lifetime.
A yogi is a person who is going/has gone beyond the boundaries of Body, Mind (impressions) and Soul. He/She is able to understand that “We are not the Body or Mind but We are only the Soul deep within”. The body and mind are temporary and die with this birth, the soul moves on.
The understanding of the same breaks the feeling of extreme love for one’s Body/Mind and instead brings complete awareness of one’s experience, knowledge and purpose of life.
The moment you break the bondage with your body and can see it as an external entity, you are no longer bound by rules -> You are controlled by your Intuition, your Agna Chakra, and the true YOU!
You no longer care about what the world thinks of the ‘temporary you’ but worry about what your soul learns from every experience of this life!
You learn to LIVE life with complete awareness - as that is the ONLY TRUTH!
