You are who you are because of your CHAKRAS!

The human body as we see it from the external is made up just the basic features we attain during birth, followed by a collection of food we consume since then.
However what makes us from the inside is way more than that and is a whole science.
We are born in this world as a bundle of love and joy! As children, we do not bother about the complexities of insecurity, jealousy, power, ego, and achievement over another- but instead just take life as it is without expectations and are joyful with just our very existence.
Sadly, over time, as we are exposed to life experiences, and as more thoughts of others are fed into us, we start to form our opinions, start to have inhibitions, start to control our emotions and jump into this deadly pool of right-wrong- thus sucking our inner self from us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Through the art of Yoga (which is a package of lifestyle change, asanas and meditation), we begin to rewind to the way we were born – begin to be those people who truly feel Secure, feel true pleasure in doing the things they truly love, feel truly powerful yet not the intent to crush others, feel true Love for self and others, feel totally non-judgemental, stay intuitive always and finally feel true joy and bliss!

Our body is made up of a subtle network of 72000 Nadis that distribute our prana (life force) throughout our body. On the physical level the Nadis correspond to the nervous system, but their influence extends beyond this to the spiritual planes of our existence.
If all the Nadis are functioning correctly then we are healthy and happy people. But nearly every one of us has some physical or psychic problem, which means that some of the Nadis are not working properly and need to be balanced.
We are able to activate and harmonise the Nadis through the breath. When we breathe through the left nostril in Pranayama we activate the left (Ida) Nadi. The Ida Nadi cools, quietens and refreshes body and mind. Right (Pingala) Nadi, however, which is influenced by breathing through the right nostril has a warming and activating influence.
Ida and Pingala begin in the brain at approximately the level of the Pituitary Gland. Ida has an effect on the right side of the brain whilst Pingala influences the left hemisphere. To maintain balance both Nadis run in a snake-like course from one side of the body to the other. At the points where they cross they also meet with the central Nadi, Sushumna, the powerful energy centres called CHAKRAS forms.

Our Chakras from Muladhara (Base of the spine) to Sahasrara (Crown of the head) determine our energies and who we are as people.
Through the Yoga asanas and Pranayama (& meditation), we refine our thoughts and lifestyle systematically without our own knowledge. Without any extra effort, we begin to become (interesting in the same order)
Secure and confident of ourselves (irrespective of our achievements)
More joyful by involving ourselves in activities which we love to do and not worry about others reactions to the same
More powerful in our daily activities by taking responsibility for our actions but at the same time not over-powering or undermining other
More loving and caring genuinely without any expectations
More accepting individuals and less judgemental about others and self
More intuitive and spontaneous
Completely blissful and joyful person at all times
The Sushumna Nadi is only active for certain short periods of time (At sunrise, noon and sunset). When the three main Nadis unite, only one stream of consciousness flows – the spiritual energy of the Sushumna Nadi. The energy also flows through this Nadi in deep meditation and in Samadhi. For as long as the Sushumna is inactive, we are plagued by constantly changing thoughts, emotions, worries, etc. But once the Sushumna begins to flow, the waves of the mind come to rest and we bathe in the bliss of divine consciousness.
