Take control of your life and lets not play the blame game .. we of course can do ANYTHING - IF we WANT to!

- If you want a healthy life âž¡ Stop claiming to be super busy and set 30 min out of the 24 hours of your life and exercise. Eat right, work out slight and see the difference it brings to your health and your mind. People will love you when you care to care for yourself.

- If you want to lose those pounds on your hips âž¡ Do Planks 2 min twice a day and cut down on that sugar.

- If you want your children to listen to you âž¡ First spend time with them, you will fall in sync.

- When things are out of control âž¡ SMILE! When you smile you send signal to your brain that things are all great! Try it now! Watch your worries vanish. Its surprising but a fact- we do not smile when we are happy , we are HAPPY when we SMILE!

- When you have an issue âž¡ Think only of the action to take and not reasons which led you to this. If you do your best at every minute of your life (irrespective of the consequence), there is no regret! Life is bliss!!

- If you want to fall back in love with your spouse âž¡ Switch off your gadgets as soon as you enter home. The only difference between the love now and earlier are these gadgets coming in the way.

- If you want a social life ➡ Have one face to face rather than on social media. The ones on the other side of the screen seriously care a damn for you. It’s only the ones who see you eye to eye, who even care enough to spend their time on you.

- There is NOTHING called STRESS. Stress is just an excuse of your incapability to handle life’s situations ➡ DO only things which you LOVE to do. You will fall in love with life forever!!! 🌹💙
